Open, bright, modern, and highly efficient kitchen

Overview of the eating area and kitchen. The new flooring, and cabinet color. You can see some of the large windows that look out to the tree-filled backyard. You also can see the new recessed LED lights and the light fixture that replaced an outdated fluorescent tube light. The undercabinet lights are also reflected on the backsplash tile.

The previous 42" bar was lowered to increase counter space and make the kitchen feel more connected to the dining area. Additional outlets were placed in strategic areas to increase functionality. Full sized upper cabinets help to create a more calm and beautiful kitchen while hiding the functional aspects.

General Living Space Cali Dream Living View

Reducing the space to it's simplicity allowed for a space that not only provided a calming aesthetic but promoted better general health and wellness for our client. A dramatic change from where we started.

His and her sinks with lighted make-up style mirrors. Added sky-lite to bring natural lighting into the space. Textured large format porcelain tiles clad the wall. Large format porcelain floor tiles in taupe and earth tone colors and pattern complement the overall look.
